Quiet Awesome place to live

Office and maintenance staff are friendly, barely needed maintenance but when I did they were quick to respond. The property is always being maintained and cleaned. The price is great for the neighborhood and close to everything. The schools are great.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

The prices to this place have gone up by 30% in one shot. The doors to my apartment slow got swollen & can barely close, the walls are very thin so you have no privacy & can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. Maintenance sucks and responds days-a week later.

Maintenance and emergency maintenance are very unprofessional

Our apartment’s sink was getting full of dirty black water and maintenance guy was supposed to go early morning then rescheduled throughout the day until it was time to leave and he never came. When we got home at the end of the day our apartment was flooded with sewer water. It was everywhere: living room, kitchen, dinning room and rooms! We called the “emergency maintenance line” and of course no answer at all. If they don’t do their job during the day what makes us think they will work at... night!? What a joke!

Great location in Coral Springs. Grounds are well maintained. The floor plans are great. Roman tubs in master bedrooms. Lots of amenities
