First class country club style resort living. Home is fully furnished. Best 55+ Community of the Year!! Between the Amazing Pool, Exercise Area, On-Site restaurant and entertainment, Bandshell and much more, it's like living in paradise with as... much community or as little as you want. Long list of activities are available each week, keeping in-line with a first class retirement community. Access to the ocean facilities are provided with a quick bus ride away. 24 hour manned gated security and even an in-home alarm system. Very safe resort. The renter takes on the rights of the owner to use of the facilities, to the extent that the owner no longer has access to the amenities.

All amenities are extremely well maintained, in the community and in the home. Owner has received all 5-Star ratings from our renters, rave reviews all. Multiple people will respond to any maintenance needs, although little needed since most everything is like new with little use. "Best owner ever, no issues", was one review !!!

After each renter, our aim is to bring the home back to like-new condition. All surfaces and air ducts professionally steam cleaned, also deep cleaned and electrostatically cleaned by home cleaning crew, and inspected and final cleaning by the owners. All air and water filters are new at time of rental. Two individual HEPA air filters are provided at entrance to the Master and 2nd Bedroom suites in case of any allergies.

We have never had any pets or smoking allowed in the home. At least one resident is required to be 55 years or older; retirement community. 1750 square feet includes 185 square feet for a covered and screened lanai. $500/month of utility fees (includes water, electric, gas, trash, internet and web-based TV)and HOA community and pool usage fees are included in the rent.
