Great place to live!

My husband and I lived here 5 years ago and I recently moved back! I wish we never left but glad we came back! Nashae is so sweet in the front office she really goes above and beyond to help every time I call and they make things so easy you can just go online and pay your rent and make requests. They get things done so quick! My screen came loose and before I could put a request in for it Nashae called me and said she did it for me and they would be over to fix it that day or the next! I’m just... so happy to be back and won’t be leaving anytime soon! It really is a great little neighborhood to be in! And I’m sorry if I made an error in spelling in nashae’s name :)

Great place to live

I`ve been renting here at Forest Lake Apartments for 2 & 1/2 years, the staff is great and maintenance is always right on the spot to do repairs. I give Forest Lake 5 stars!

Great place!

Management is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues. Quiet community. Great price.

Great if your a college student

For a student or someone looking to find something temporary, this apartment community will do the job. It's safe, quiet, and management is friendly and accommodating.
Con's:
I lived here for about a year, and found it to be a bit under whelming for the price. The upgrade isn't worth it. There are tons of transients, mostly college students, not ideal for parents with children.
Pro's:
On the plus side maintenance is timely with calls from residents and the office staff is helpful and... professional.
This community does have great amenities.
