This delightful, beachy cottage (with keypad entry) is .9 mile from beautiful Atlantic Beach & 9 blocks from downtown Delray Beach, where you will find great restaurants, boutiques and fun nightlife.

The property is located on a beautiful block in a... choice area close to downtown.The cottage has two bedrooms, each with a platform bed with a 10" hybrid (spring/memory foam/gel) mattress, linens, soft blankets, and a ceiling fan/light (plus a lamp next to each bed). Each room has a chest of drawers and a closet with hangers. We also have a pack n play and highchair for your little one.

In the living room there is a smart TV (with lots of apps), excellent high speed wifi (that even works on the outdoor patio), and full eat-in kitchen equipped with dishes, pots for cooking and baking, toaster, drip and Keurig coffee makers, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, plus coffee, tea, sweetener and condiments. You can park on the driveway (you will have a designated spot) and feel free to use the backyard, stainless steel BBQ gas grill (the tank is always full) and laundry facilities (detergent, dryer sheets and bleach provided for short term rentals).

Downtown Delray Beach is a happening town, with great restaurants (and happy hours), boutiques, the Cornell Museum, theater, music, jazz and so much more. We are located 10 blocks from the world class Tennis Stadium where you can play tennis or pickleball. Take I-95 (a 5-minute drive from the cottage) to Boca Raton and the beautiful, upscale Town Center Mall, Fort Lauderdale (30 minutes), Miami (60 minutes), the Palm Beach Outlets (25 minutes) or downtown West Palm Beach (20 minutes) with all it has to offer. There are nearby movie theaters, bowling, great golf courses, but best of all...our fabulous beach is barely a mile away. I have beach chairs, umbrella and towels for your use. If you are into bike riding, there are two for your use. If surfing, paddleboarding, diving or sailing is your thing I can recommend a place to rent equipment.
