Terrible place to Rent
Moved to Florida last year 2022. Got a 7 month lease from here while trying to buy a house. Had to break the lease because I found a house. I was told the final bill will be mailed to me. I went in twice to see when I was going to get the bill. One time in September which was 2 months after. They told me it was still be processed. I never received phone calls from them or even emails saying we sent the bill. I also have called the management company Lincoln Property Company but they won’t call... me back. Then this past April I get a letter from a debt collector asking for the money I owed The Fountains. Needless to say, they don’t care about the people that rent out their apartments because while I was there, it took them over a month to get me a gate key, and I also never received a key to the gym that they said was on the premises. Right before I moved out, they raised rent $500 more a month and you received nothing more for that. So during that time I saw at least 100 people moving out because they raised rent for no reason. If you can try to find a different apartment.
