We love everything the Franklin offers beautiful pool area nice grill area and fun game area . Close to everything downtown shopping and great restaurants.

I like living in Franklin and it’s been a long tome since i live here, but i have to admit that i’ve been having issues with maintenance since day one, and recently it’s been the worst.

The Franklin is a great place to live lot of great get togethers in the clubhouse. Love using the pool and BBQ grill and also the gym .

My family and I love The Franklin. It’s a great community. We love management and staff fir their professionalism, attitude, and warm approach. The neighborhood is nice. It’s a clean community. The community is within walking distance to the drugstore, supermarket, and to the shopping centers in general. We are happy to be part of such community and its neighborhood.
