Skip the concrete paradise communities in our area, if you want beautiful landscaping and screened in patios with a coastal home-y vibe - come join the Legacy on the Bay family! I love everything from the inside out, and the team at the office and maintenance are both amazing!!!

Legacy on the Bay was surprisingly very affordable for the Destin area. I am from Alabama and was told multiple times I wouldn't find affordability in Destin, but, I did. Also, staff was really nice and professional. I love the lake I can sit at the pool deck to view and read or go by the basketball court to sit by the lake as well. I love the space of the apartment and the 9ft ceilings. It was also a nice surprise to find a washer and dryer already in the apartment (although knowing that… upfront would have been helpful). It took me 3 months of touring various apartments and I chose Legacy because of the screened in patios, the 2 lakes, dog park and most importantly, the 20 minute walk to 2 different beaches.
