You MUST be joking, right?
There are no apartments for rent in Colony Cove. They have lots for rent if you own a mobile home that cannot be moved. OR they will rent you one of their mobile homes if they are unable to pressure you into buying one instead. Home owners have often complained of the lies they we told in order to get them to agree to buy a used or new home in Colony Cove. They are very friendly sellers until after you've purchased a home and have started paying lot rent, then they lock the doors of the main... office during business hours and hide behind closed window blinds. They show potential buyers their amenities, but deny owners the use of the amenities they pay for with monthly rental fees.
