Roger Nair has been involved in the real estate industry for the past three decades. He is one of the founders and current team leader of the NEO team, as well as the Commercial Director for Keller Williams Elevate located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Roger’s experience in the real estate field includes having personally owned and operated several commercial properties, rental units, apartment buildings and single-family properties. As a realtor, Roger is handling both residential and commercial sales, with an extended portfolio, keeping an average of 100 listings and more than 25 million dollars in sales annually. Being a member of the Medina County Board of Realtors, part of the commercial committee, as well as part of the Ohio Association of Realtors® and National Association of Realtors®, Roger keeps informed on all the market trends, while continuously attending educational classes. As team leader of a growing and prosperous team – currently having eleven hardworking and dedicated agents - his biggest joy is seeing his team members succeed. Roger’s goal is to lead by example, to inspire them to reach higher, dream bigger, achieve greater, while supporting them in their professional and personal growth and empowering them to contribute and innovate. As an entrepreneur, Roger has vast experience and was able to create, build and gear towards success several businesses that brought up to 3 million dollars in sales yearly. Living in Medina County, he has been very involved in the community, actively participating as a Brunswick Rotary member for more than 15 years, including being Past President for the Rotary, chairing many Rotary Events and being a Recipient of the Paul Harris Fellow Award and Medina County Board of Realtors’ Excellence in Community Service Award in 2019. As part of my volunteer work at St Ambrose Church, Roger is an active participant in the “Alpha Project” which helps repair, fix and spruce up homes in the Cleveland area. During Holidays, they distribute ham and coats to those less fortunate. Roger loves real estate, he loves helping and educating others, he leads by example, he supports his team members and his clients, Roger wakes up daily with purpose and enthusiasm, and he is always willing to lend a helping hand. With his grown children being on their own now, Roger and his wife Lynn enjoy reading, attending concerts, spending time with friends, exploring new places and giving back to others to help them achieve their dreams.
