Dishonest Management
Lived there for one year never really spoke with management for anything. I moved out they stated that everything in my apartment was good to go. I have a form where it says everything is good(pictured). I get a statement a month and a half later stating that I have an overdue balance for a cleaning and re-carpeting fee $200 in total. I find out about this overdue balance after I have been sent to a collections agency in Atlanta. I have record from the itemized inspection with pictures that they... filled out saying that everything was good. I call in to state my case to Elizabeth and she says once it goes to the collections agency it is out of their hands. Now, I have to deal with a collections agency and dispute their charge. Since, having to do that I look through all my documents and find my check out form. I filled out a paper and Elizabeth typed it into their system. I come to find out the reason I am moving is incorrect. Rather than my reason of poor management, she changed it to say "changed jobs".
