Exceptional place and team!!

Really liked this property in Fort Lauderdale—super clean, modern, and in a great spot. Marilou, was awesome and answered all of our questions! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knew her stuff. She made the whole tour feel relaxed and no pressure, which I appreciated. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a new place.

excellent service

I can’t recommend Marilou enough for her work! She’s incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about both the property and the people living there. Anytime an issue comes up, she’s quick to respond and always finds a solution. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it really shows in how smoothly everything runs. If you’re lucky enough to have Marilou managing your building, you’re in great hands!

5 Stars – Exceptional Living Experience!


Living in this high-rise has been nothing short of amazing. The building is always impeccably clean, and the upkeep is top-notch—everything from the common areas to the exterior is consistently well-maintained. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents, which makes a huge difference in the day-to-day experience.

The amenities are incredible! The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, and the gym is spacious, modern, and well-equipped.... The entertainment spaces are another standout—they’re stylish, thoughtfully designed, and great for hosting friends or just unwinding after a long day.

If you’re looking for a clean, well-run building with fantastic amenities and a management team that truly goes above and beyond, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!
