Meticulous and focused maintenance of his units is also apparent, as our unit was fully furnished when we rented, every item of furniture and decor in the unit was in perfect condition when we moved in.

Throughout multiple hurricanes, David has been a landlord who has made it very evident that his tenants safety is paramount, while addressing any issues that were caused by the storm immediately.
