I lived at Channelside since its opening. It's great to look at. Despite always paying rent on time, never having a complaint, being well-respected by neighbors, I was treated with indifference at best and extremely rude at worst. Hidden fees everywhere; rule change without notice; lost packages; ownership has changed multiple times; rent goes up every year; they TOW your car if you are in the roundabout too long, or if your tags are expired; non-residents sneak into the gym and pool from Lago... Del Sol; management is an absolute nightmare, and the corporation could care less as long as they get their money.
