The value of price and location is an absolute find. The staff is very informative and the maintenance department is very attentive and gets the work done quick response time and fixes issues.

Living by the pool isn’t as glamorous if they don’t monitor anything and there’s constant parties And people creeping around during all hours of the night

Gym access is a little unclear, are you waiting for fobs? Waiting for the system to be installed? What are the approximate time frames?
Also, not sure why the person that parks in front of the building in the handicap spot is allowed to do it without consequence....it's every day. We have rules for a reason do we not? Apartment living is full of rules and the consequences seem to be more monetary (in your favor) than on the people.
Maintenance has a very quick response, that's a plus... .
The request for a pet profile even if you don't have a pet is the most ridiculous thing you could ask for.

Before I moved here, never been to Ft Myers in my life(job relocation). Great location to get to know the city. I’ll resign for another year while I save, but if you can afford this rent then you can afford a house. Staff was rude since day one & limited my interaction with them since. It is what it is…
