Great place to live

The place, the environment, the office team and maintenance team are really nice. Ryoeltho The maintenance supervisor is really helpful and make sure any work order is done in a timely manner.

Mold Found on Drywall and Ceiling, a Health Hazard

I lived at the Portofino Landings for 7.5 months from Feb 2021-Sep 2021, the apartment is fairly new but mold was a big health problem there. After moved in about 4 months, in the summer mold was found everywhere on drywall and ceiling. I reported to the property management and they did not know how to fix it. After I cleaned up and tried to turn down the a/c to 68F but a month later the mold started again. I had 9 month lease, but had to move to another place after 7.5 months, but had to pay... the full 9 month lease.

Not recommended if mold is your problem
