The Retreat at ChampionsGate amenities include a resort-style pool with water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, tiki bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, public 18-hole golf course, golf driving range and putting green, golf clubhouse and pro shop, 6 clay tennis courts, and tennis clubhouse.
Parking can accommodate up to 6 vehicles, with 4 vehicles parking in the driveway/garage and 2 vehicles out front of the home. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with a 24-hour security guard. Self check-in and check-out are available, and while in-person assistance is not provided, support is available through messaging. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are available. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are provided, but coffee is not included.
