Lived here 2 years and the past year with a new GM and Am have been the worst months living here. Disrespectful and rude and the worst is that they’re unhelpful too! I’ve lived in GNV for 6+ years and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had with a complex.

Kind and timely response I put in my request on the weekend of a Monday holiday, but they still came early in the morning that they were available. They instantly understood the issue and didn’t hesitate to just get it done. I’m very thankful for the assistance!

Difficult time here. Car got broken into, always construction going on, washing machines broken, pool was closed for a long time due to poor upkeep, Pest control is a guy walking around with a spray bottle. The men who drive on the carts are nice but everything else sucks. They expect you to cooperate with them but they give you no wiggle room when you ask. I would suggest spending more money elsewhere to at least get a better home feeling. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
