Very unhelpful maintenance I submitted a maintenance request to fix my non draining dishwasher. It’s a very easy fix, all you need to do is clean the clogged filter. However, your staff failed to do so, stated that the request had been filled despite not fixing it and cancelled any future order to fix it because of a “duplicate work order”. When I called your staff, they said the whole dishwasher needed to be replaced (when it doesn’t). Now my apartment constantly stinks from dirty dish water… for WEEKS, while me and 3 other people have to hand wash all of our dishes. This is incredibly frustrating, and everyone has been very unhelpful. It’s clear that the maintenance people just don’t want to have to do the work to fix it, keep cancelling my orders to do so and are replacing the whole unit spending your money and my time.

Move in review I had a great experience overall, when we moved in the couches were a bit torn, and the microwave was missing, but it got fixed pretty quickly (not the couch).

Maintenance service could definitely be better, my bathroom door needs replacing and they haven’t done the job. It’s been more than 2 weeks.

But the place is good, the facilities are nice, the move in day was very organized.
