Cottages at Depot Park Apartments

I've lived in a 1/1 unit for several years now. This is a great place to live! Landlord is responsive and very kind/understanding. Rent has gone up substantially, and the Cottages do not necessarily have the amenities (i.e. pool/gym) that places with similar prices have. Additionally, the units are old, but that is part of the charm, you won't be living in a basic beige box apartment. It is close to Depot Park and the main bus station. Did not return $1k security deposit to my daughter when she notified that she was not able to occupy apartment 3 months prior to commencement. 0.00 damages when apt was not occupied (keys never given), but landlord managed to keep $500 of the deposit and daughter also out small claims court fees .... DO NOT RENT FROM THESE LANDLORD/OWNERS
