4) Air filter fee of $120 which will pre-pay for 12 a/c filters for the year
5) A signed lease and parental guarantors or other approved guarantors to co-sign the lease unless the tenants have adequate monthly income of 3x the monthly rental rate as well as a 650 or higher credit scores
