Was really happy with this complex until recently. We e had our A/C drain line worked on 2 times yet it continues to leak in our laundry room onto the floor. I can clearly see where the water is leaking from the drain line but each time we are told after they vacuum the water out of the line that's it's good. Then 5 minutes later the fitting in the PVC line starts dropping. We have also had a problem with our windows leaking. They say it's just condensation but I have pictures where it's... leaking so much it has started pooling up on the window seal and running down the wall to the carpet making the carpet wet. They have come and caulked the window and painted it but we still have water everywhere. It was so bad we have black mold growing on the wall and window seal. They treat the mold but the next day we had water all over the window seal again. We have started looking for another place to rent and looking into getting out of our lease or as soon as it ends to go else where.
