Great apartment complex! Really great location and the area is very well maintained! Maintenance staff is great and have always helped right away. Front desk staff are also great and have always been very helpful!

Overall, we have loved living at Park Lane. We have had our fair share of issues, but management has always worked with us to figure out a solution. Maintenance staff is awesome! The complex’s location is perfect for us!!

Was really happy with this complex until recently. We e had our A/C drain line worked on 2 times yet it continues to leak in our laundry room onto the floor. I can clearly see where the water is leaking from the drain line but each time we are told after they vacuum the water out of the line that's it's good. Then 5 minutes later the fitting in the PVC line starts dropping. We have also had a problem with our windows leaking. They say it's just condensation but I have pictures where it's... leaking so much it has started pooling up on the window seal and running down the wall to the carpet making the carpet wet. They have come and caulked the window and painted it but we still have water everywhere. It was so bad we have black mold growing on the wall and window seal. They treat the mold but the next day we had water all over the window seal again. We have started looking for another place to rent and looking into getting out of our lease or as soon as it ends to go else where. Read More

Not enough storage places in the unit… especially in the kitchen :/ the pantry is too small…I can’t even hang anything on the pantry door bc it’s so small.. BUT the staff members are great.. very helpful and prompt so I can’t complain..
