University Terrace West Apartments

I love the area close to all the store's I'm very happy

Gainesville is one of Florida's biggest college towns with seemingly endless possibilities for students and locals to live. Many of the apartment complexes around town are well known, while some are a little off the beaten path. University Terrace West is a small complex made up of individually owned condos. What does this mean? It means that unlike most of the complexes in town, tenants will instead work with a realtor or directly with the owner. My realtors have been available to me day or... night, and at a moment's notice. When there is a problem, I know I can count on them to take care of. The condos themselves are all unique in decoration and design. Some have brand new tile flooring, while others have hardwood. When I moved into my condo 2 years ago, the owner had just laid brand new, beautiful tile. The condo also came equipped with brand new kitchen appliances. All condos are 4 bedroom, 4 bath. Seems like it would be a bit squished, right? Not so! Living with my 3 roommates, I get to enjoy their company in the shared, spacious living space but can also escape to my corner of the universe for some alone time. University Terrace has access to many of the busses to get you to and from the University of Florida campus as well as around town. You're a short, 5 minute drive to UF and a 10 minute drive to Gainesville's thriving midtown and downtown areas.
