After we accept the reservation, provide the names of all the guests that must be registered with the hotel before check-in. Otherwise, we have to cancel the reservation if we don’t have the information 24 hours before the arrival date. You may be required to follow a check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method, and booking prior to receiving your check-in instructions.
