Great Place Great Staff!

From the beginning of finding Sunset Palms Apartments to signing the lease, everything was great! Staff members were very attentive. I want to acknowledge Lourdes for her time and patience. Lourdes gets a 10 out of 10 all across the board! She responded to every call, email, text message. The apartment is great! Easy access to many different places and near highways.

DOG ATTACK

This review is for all sunset palms residents and future residents!! Please be aware walking your dog , my dog was attacked by another dog in the dog park & management doesn’t do anything because the suspect doesn’t have a pet profile! Clearly she’s hiding her pet which is a violation of her lease. I dont feel safe walking my dog anymore, please BE AWARE.

hidden cost

We went there to rent a place, after just ten minutes the hidden cost were crazy, for trash, and water, almost every place we looked at the water was covered. Then was told have to have income three times to cost of monthly rent, even after i agreed to pay 6 months up front because as folks our age we did not bring in 6 grand a month but did bring in 5200 that was not good enough. We had all our financials, background checks, and more then enugh in the bank to cover the whole year and were… told they couldnt because on monthly income. So we went outside and talked to a man that has lived there ayear and tells me he cant wait to get out, so anyone interested in a place pass on this one trust me

Be ware. Stay smart and avoid

They sent notice of nonrenewal when almost 3 yrs this my home. Ive Never had complaints against me, Im a nurse, i pay my rent. They REFUSE to say why. I even help my elderly neighbor with grocerys and cooking. So instead of focusing work in my hospital i now have to find a new place. They are unprofessional and antagonistic. Not to mention others play very loud music all hours and they get to stay? And the rent just keeps changing every month, tagging water and sewer and trash and pest, every… month it changed
