The large, fenced yard is ideal for kids to play, and features an Acron BBQ charcoal grill, a wave hot water spa with massaging bubbles for four people, and custom tiled showers. Lawn games such as Bocce, Catch, Football, Razor scooters, and Spikeball are available, along with four adult kayaks and two child kayaks with oars and life vests.
The golf cart is available for use with a signed liability waiver and is perfect for driving down to the riverside restaurants. However, it is not street legal and can only be driven down to the river on our side.

A vehicle is recommended for travel to neighboring towns.
