This is a great one bedroom, one bath garage apartment centrally located in the Riverside area.
available... for immediate move-in.
Willing to work with potential tenants on move-in cost. I do charge for an application so keep that in mind, but if an applicant has good credit and background checks willing to offer half off deposit fee and the rest of March for free.
The apartment itself is not huge, but great for one to two people. Tons of privacy and character
Tile floors throughout. Large windows with new blinds. Very cool wood paneling in the living room. Breakfast bar with separate dine in kitchen.
Newer appliances, all functional and very clean.
The bedroom is quite large for an apartment of this type in Riverside,, and has an extra room/office just off of the bedroom along with a long closet with good storage.
Even more storage available in the garage spaces below if you need overflow storage for bikes / kayak, etc.
Washer dryer hookups available, although they need a bit of work and we would need to talk about that.
Good sized private front deck.
A lot of backyard space with a fire pit/grill / table and chairs for get-togethers.
This apartment does come with its own private Internet hotspot from Xfinity. I believe the download speed is at 400 Mbps.
I do have multiple pest bonds on the property. They come in for treatments every quarter and if you are seeing any flared up activity between quarterly sprays, they will come in and treat again.
As of now we can only offer street parking, although in the past people renting this specific apartment have been able to work out a deal with other tenants to be able to use the parking strip on the side of the building that has plenty of space, although this cannot be guaranteed.
This specific portion of College Street is wider than most and there are tons of on street parking spaces that aren't exposed to a two-way street with a single lane which would make your car vulnerable to sideswipes, etc.
The location is great
We're located basically dead center of Riverside. Only a block and a half to all the functionality and nightlife of King Street.
Seems to always be growing and if you know Riverside, you are probably familiar with what they have to offer...
awesome restaurants, bars, coffee, shops, as well as pharmacy, banks, very cool small shops along the way as well.
Takes five minutes to walk there, but also far enough away where you don't get any of the late night noise.
1 1/2 blocks the other way you are at the shops at Stockton.
fantastic restaurants including "13 gypsies" which has been featured on multiple television documentaries for its excellence,, an amazing coffee shop called bold bean,
hair salon, bike shop, etc.
Of course, we are about six blocks from "five points" Riverside with all of its nightlife and restaurants, not to mention the Publix shopping complex so close to your door,,
The brand new skateboard park is right there along with a fantastic arts market that they put on every Saturday morning just steps from five points.
one of the best spots in the city.
Of course, we are only four blocks from St. Vincent's Medical Center and the beautiful Riverwalk.
A lot of nice parks in the area, really great spot if you like biking / jogging, or just strolling around doing errands
The Brooklyn area is just a short drive away with the brand new Ymca complex and an extremely vibrant growing community with residential/retail spaces booming.
I am willing to consider pets, would come with a nonrefundable pet fee, the amount on a sliding scale according to breed weight age, temperament, etc.
We are just about three blocks from the entrance to I 10 where it meets I 95 so the whole city is easily accessible.
I could go on and on about the benefits of the location,
All the rest of the tenants are super nice people, most have been there quite a while. I am a live-in manager and I do occupy one of the other units in the main building.
I would really like to get the apartment off the market before the end of next weekend(Sunday March 23).
