I’ve had an overall good experience but have had more issues in the past year. One is the huge increase in the water bill. From July 2024 to November 2024 it jumped 57% and has stayed high every month thereafter. I’ve called the leasing office a few times no one seems to know why. The water has been cut off 3 times since October to fix leaks but that hasn’t fixed the high bill. JEA rates have not increased so that’s not the issue.
