Great amenities and the grounds are always well maintained. Maintenance is good to get on the issue right away should you need them. Friendly neighbors and close to anything you could possibly need!

My first year at North Beach on Kernan was great, but this second year has been rough. I’m honestly counting down the days of my lease. The noise above me is almost unbearable. I can’t wait to move out.
Also, they claim to be a gated community, however, the gate is always broken. Since living here, there have been multiple break-in’s of cars and packages stolen from resident’s doorsteps.
Maintenance is great, though. They work extremely hard and have always been super helpful and timely in... their responses.

I love this community. My only issue is the people that live above me. It sounds like someone is running a 24 hr marathon some days. It's just constant running & bumping across the floor above me!! But other than that the community is clean, well maintained and staff is always friendly and helpful!! I like that they have monthly events so it's a good opportunity to get to know other people. Amenities are also nice and clean. Also there are walking trails on the property.

The office staff and maintenance staff are quick to respond, friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and fitness center are lovely. Location in town is excellent .
