Mostly quite complex.
Last minute notifications (such as a late Thursday evening text to say the complex is sold and resident portal will close THE NEXT DAY with no information on how to make sure rent payments are set up for next month) are poor management, rude, and leave a sour taste for whoever did buy the complex…

I apologize if the text message was unclear. The message did not state that the property was sold, but that it is scheduled to be sold. It also directed you to the email with further details, as text messages are limited in length. The email... mentioned that the new management will provi de details regarding the new portal, as we do not have that information at this time. We follow the protocols and instructions given to us during these transitions, and our priority was to notify residents as soon as possible.
