This is a very peaceful community. I enjoy walks by the ponds. The staff and maintenance crew are helpful and polite. The only frustration is the side gate out to Hartsfield Rd. is usually broken. It works a few weeks, then down for months. Would love to see that working more than not.

Havent had any problems living here for 5 years. The only thing I dislike is when the backgate is not working it takes forever to get it repaired. It has been broken for months now and there is no urgency to repair it. The owner is making millions every month he can afford to replace the entrance gate and back gate. The gates are super old we need up to date gates. Leaving the complex from the front entrance is dangerus because of the traffic

We apologize if the gates have gone out of order. We have asked our residents to be cautious when approaching the gates because if any contact is made, they do malfunction and go out of order. We rely on an outside vendor to perform the repairs and... they are not always available as quickly as we would like. Additionally, we do sometimes require parts that take time to order. We understand the importance of the gates and we can assure you that we want them fixed as quickly as possible for the safety of our community. We appreciate your patience. Thank you.

I enjoy our little community here. My neighbors are quiet. Maintenance responds quickly. The front office is amazing. We enjoy our location in regards to how convient it is to everywhere we need to get to.
