Poor customer service and quality of construction
I regret to say that our experience living at this property for 13 months was highly disappointing. The construction quality was rushed and subpar, resulting in several issues throughout our time there. For example, the closet racks were improperly measured, which made them inefficient and difficult to use. We paid to have a handyman fix the main closet because we were offered no other solution at the time of move in. The cabinetry was poorly painted, with noticeable splotches. These were just a... few of the ongoing problems we encountered.
In addition, we experienced significant issues with cigarette smoke infiltrating our apartment due to nearby units being rented out as Airbnbs. Despite multiple complaints to the maintenance and office staff, we were met with little more than gaslighting and no effective resolution.
At the conclusion of our lease, we attempted to resolve discrepancies in our move-out bill, particularly regarding charges for what appears to be low-quality carpeting. Unfortunately, despite repeated emails and attempts to clarify the situation, we received no response from the administrative staff at Enso. To make matters worse, the issue was escalated to collections, even though we believe the charges were incorrectly calculated.
We would be willing to settle the matter if the charges were accurately assessed, but given the lack of transparency and poor communication, we are left frustrated and disappointed by our experience here.
