Let me tell you of a typical M-F here. You come outside to the wafting of herb along with blunt tips and trash everywhere. Most days its typically quiet but everynight from 6pm to 6am its a club. Blaring and I mean BLARING music 12 hrs stright! Police have been called so many times, most of complex complains and still mgt does nothing! It just seems you can do whatever you want here. Disgusting and full of roaches. Office staff is rude. They should’ve kept the previous management. Things were much better then. Maintenance request go unattended for months. And when you ask again to have them repaired, office gives you major attitude. Also huge roach issue. I definitely would not recommend.

This property use to be a great one; however, since Art Craft has taken over it has become a nightmare. The police are called out to the property at minimum twice a day, communication with the front office is pointless as they will lie (if you choose to live here communicate via email only), you will have unannounced bogus visits from maintenance and the following day an announced visit to check and fix items that are never complete. I would not advise or encourage anyone to rent here as this... new company is all about themselves. No customer service but will definitely inform everyone (including senior citizens) the only way to pay rent is through a portal. Don’t choose this place at all…it’s not worth the headache. I would advise a visit at night to see the lack of parking and how the tenants speed through the parking lot. Finally, some would argue progress of valet trash, it’s better to take your own trash, as the people who take the trash drop it in front of a tent ants door and leave it there to be picked up by someone else.
