I love the community I'm feeling safe and happy to here in this family, it's a good community very demure and classy , no matter what we different color but we feel it's our home, nothing to regretting.

Literally the only option for pet friendly, affordable living in the keys.. there is no where else. Very sound proof units- which is always a plus.

As an active-duty resident living on a fixed income, it is highly inconvenient and frustrating to experience sudden rent increases. The cost does not align with the square footage of the apartments, making it difficult to justify the value. Additionally, the community’s overall cleanliness is concerning. The trash areas, hallways, and landscaping are consistently unkempt, which significantly detracts from the quality of living. Improvements in these areas are essential to meet the expectations... of tenants and justify the cost of residency.

The community is new and clean, in general, but you can notice some residents are a little careless about the place.
Could have some trash can available.

Love my apartment. I just wish the hallways were cleaned regularly and that the trash area was cleaned regularly as well. The compactor is always gross and makes you not want to touch it.
