Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, it's just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s famous attractions.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Self check-in and check-out are available. The listing is a self-catering home, but assistance is available through the messaging app. The pool is serviced weekly, and during inclement weather, it is not advised to use the pool. After rain, debris may wash into the pool, causing slight discoloration.
