The villa is thoughtfully designed with a spacious floor plan. Downstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with king-size beds, one with a full bathroom and the other with a bathroom right outside the door. Upstairs, there are six more bedrooms, including four with king-size beds, one with two double beds, and one with a bunk bed consisting of two twin beds. The villa also features a game room area for entertainment.
Pool heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided at no cost upon request, but if you need a propane gas grill or other vacation gear, arrangements can be made for an extra cost. The driveway can accommodate 3 to 4 cars, and overflow parking is available 200 feet from the house. Only small pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee for each animal. Legal service dogs are exempt with proper documentation, but any damages caused by pets or extra cleaning will be charged.
