The charcoal grill is free upon request and must be requested prior to arrival or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. Pool heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum, and it is recommended to inform us at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Guests have access to the entire house, and the driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars. Overflow parking is available about 250 feet down the street, but no street parking is allowed. The garage is not available for parking. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided at no cost, but if you need to outsource a propane gas grill or other gear, please contact us for arrangements at an extra cost. There is a pet fee of $150 per pet, and only small dogs under 40 pounds are allowed. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged.
