The home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a kids' bedroom and shared bathroom downstairs, a master bedroom with a private en-suite, and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom upstairs. Facilities include access to BBQ pits, picnic tables, sand volleyball, and a playground, as well as a small clubhouse offering a TV lounge, gym, and community pool.
Pool heating is available for $35 per day, with at least a week's notice required for coordination. Parking allows for up to two cars in the driveway and two cars on the street.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. Coffee is not provided, but a coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available. If anything is missing, contact us immediately upon check-in for restocking.
