Album of Monterey Pointe is a great place to live. There are pros and cons to everything but I cannot say enough about this place and there are no cons to report here.

Being an Album resident is great . The management team is so amazing . Kelvin is an excellent leader. All the staff are wonderful. There is always something to do , the grounds outside have been cleaned and mulch added , made a big difference, much appreciated. Feel safe and comfortable, my only complaint is our 1 bedroom only has a shower , no bath and I really miss our bath , we May need ti find one with a bath . Thank you for everything!

A few years ago it was okay. However, it is quickly going down the drain. Take my advice - don't move here.

We have lived here for 3.5 years and like it more than we did when we first moved in. We are appreciative of the quality of the lifestyle. It's as peaceful and serene as you choose it to be. There are activities to keep you occupied if you want to do them. Everything you need is within a 7-mile radius. There are many, many doctors and dentists in walking distance. Very convenient! The variety of stores is great! Will cover most of whatever you want/need to buy. There two Ross stores, as... well as two Five Below stores less than 2 miles from each other. Grocery stores are Publix, Walmart Supercenter, and Fresh Market. Both of the most popular craft stores are close by as well. To sum it all up... we're here to stay!
