I enjoy living in this community. A will always focus on the positive; which translates to good environment overall. Management staff and maintenance staff, Cesar, excellent! I use amenities and our activities coordinator Doretha has been awesome addition! When I bring concerns to Manager, the majority of the times, he’s aware and looking forward to tackle my concerns.

Office staff works very hard to keep everyone happy.mamy activities for everyone.maintanace works hard to keep everything repaired it is harder to do now that building is getting older
Just wish pool was heated .is beautiful bit too cool to swim in the winter.

It is a nice place to live because people are friendly and there is a lot of events. The staff is very helpful and kind. The maintenance staff work hard and insure it is always clean

A Special Thank You to Album Monterey Pointe. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Kelvin, Doretha, and Nilda for organizing an unforgettable exclusive date night for us. Their efforts truly went above and beyond. The decor and table settings were simply beautiful, creating an elegant atmosphere. The chefs prepared a delicious three-course meal, offering a wide variety of plated options that left us all impressed.
As senior citizens, we feel incredibly fortunate to call this place... our home. Thank you for making this evening so special and memorable. Thank you!!!!

I enjoy living in this apartment home .It is perfectly safe and secure. Everything is perfectly done to secure our needs are taken care of. The rent is reasonable. The staff is very knowledgeable and efficient. The neighbors are friendly! Everything is perfect.
