The maintenance team is the best!! If you put in a maintenance request, the team is on it almost immediately and Pedro and Leo are at your service!! They are thoughtful and helpful and always courteous.
Overall, the facility is kept clean by Willie who also does a great job and is professional and courteous. I wish the crafts were updated to adult type of creations rather than "school" type projects. It is a pleasant place to live,but be prepared to wait a long time when a special project... needs to be done ie. additional security, etc. .The location is ideal being close to many restaurants and shopping as well as not far from highways.
