Don’t walk away… RUN
Ive lived here for a year and every time I see people moving in, it hurts my heart. My first week here the toilet overflowed my entire apartment, that went onto leak for 9 months until someone finally came to fix the pipes, laundry room ceiling had so much water damage there is moldy ceiling tiles on the dryers, the laundry room is always a mess since there is no cleaner, people let their dogs pee all over the hallways everyday and no one cleans it. My floor level smells like dog pee and is... shiny from people walking through it, every other week the fire alarms will go off around 1-2AM, the wifi constantly goes out, the elevators never work (there is someone on the third floor in a wheelchair I have no idea how they get to the bottom floor), the pool took 9 months to open even though they said 2 weeks, people pile trash up in the hallways making it smell, no one picks up after there dog and management always sends emails saying they will fine people but they never do, the ladies in the office are extremely rude and dismissive. That’s all I can think of for now but I will say that living here has been a nightmare I’ve talked to other tenants, they’ve dealt with the same if not worse issues. We are all fed up here please do not give these people any of your time.
