Abysmal communication from Management
The management is God awful at communicating with you. Whether you email, call, or talk in person you will get sent to someone else. Or told to wait for them to reach out and they don't. I've had one issue where I've been trying to get an answer for over a month. I've called 3 times a week and sent an email a week and been in office 3 times for an answer. Never given one. The fire alarms get tripped a minimum of 3 times a month cause they don't enforce their smoking policy, thank God the fire... department finally got mad at management after 5 of us tenants called at the same time with grievance over 6 alarms in one day less than 12 hours total.
However the maintenance team is amazing and wonderful people, great conversations, get their work done fast, very kind and courteous.
But the management fails to communicate, or uphold their policies. I cannot recommend this place for any reason other than proximity to Disney. That is the only reason I have stayed here cause I hate driving distances.
