We're looking for mid-term renters (1 month minimum) for our furnished 2-bed, 1-bath apartment located on the second floor of a historic home built in 1923. We are seasoned travellers and have kept our past experiences in mind when designing this... place. Inside, we've made sure the space is comfortable and well-equipped to meet all your needs! The master bedroom is set up for a great night's sleep with blackout curtains, down bedding and 100% cotton sheets. There's also a second bedroom with a twin bed, perfect for a child or third guest. It also has a writing/work desk if you'd prefer an office space. There is also an additional fold out twin bed that can be made up in a room of your choice for a 4th guest. If you like to cook, you'll find a full kitchen with everything you need, including a Berkey Water Filter, a cupboard of spices and some cooking essentials for your convenience. Lake Helen is a beautiful small town, nicknamed 'The Gem of Florida', it features a lake, equestrian arena and green parks. The people are friendly, it is truly a taste of the America your grandparents talk about. The apartment overlooks Blake Park, where you can check out the tennis and basketball courts or visit the weekly market. Why not take a leisurely bike around the town on the two bicycles we have available for you to use!
