The Iris at Northpointe Apartments

I had signed a year lease from Oct 2021 thru Oct 2022. Unfortunately, I had the same problem as previous reviewers with the noise situation. I almost wonder if it's the same apartment where the trouble is, due to the same noise description. I lived on the second floor, 1 bedroom, facing the 589. I had the most ignorant, rude neighbors above me, who would play their music starting at 11pm, and, if not the music, they would play movies with their surround sound. Sub woofer on the floor (my... ceiling). This went on constantly. One night, he and his gf/wife, jumped up and down on the floors continuously. After numerous late night calls to report the noise, and, numerous complaints to the manager, nothing was done!! I never finished out my lease. I moved in September 2022. I has been experiencing the same exact problem as the lady on previous review, I didn't think the same thing could happens to me. manager has no control over her own tenants they are lack of problems solving. Noise goes until 2AM everyday, no one can do anything about it.

I was living here for 6 months and 4 out of those 6 months I had an obnoxious, inconsiderate upstairs neighbor. I have emails from the first month this was helping to the leasing office and they took forever to respond ow would respond and say “we called but they didn’t answer”. After 4 months of nothing happening I went to the office to show them videos of what I was dealing with and finally they said they’ll call him again. At the end of it they told me I had to either stay where I was... (miserable and couldn’t sleep because he would run in the apartment until 3:30 in the morning!!!), sign another 12 month lease and pay the difference per month to move to another unit or pay 2 months rent to break my lease. They did NOTHING with the guy upstairs. No warnings, no letters, nothing. When I left it took them 2 weeks and 3 phone calls for them to send my final bill so I could be done with them. A couple weeks later I got a confirmation email receipt and reason for leaving was “bought a house” which I didn’t... loved the community and my apartment lay out but the leasing office is terrible to deal with. The community has a clean fresh appearance. Convenient location to many things.

Living at the Iris is the best apartment living experience I've ever had. The pool and gym and other common spaces were always taken care of. I highly recommend it! The staff were always genuinely helpful and friendly.
