Lynn Haven Cove Apartments

These apartments are beautiful, I love the interior, love the renovated units as well lovely new flooring and cabinets . Management is so caring and respectful , The conversations are lovely every time step foot in the office. Manager is amazing , she truly has a great heart and the staff is so polite, amazing team they are.

These apartments are bed bug infested. There is mold beneath the floors. The management is a joke! You don't want to live here!

I would award this place ZERO stars if I could. I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with ANYONE in the office however they NEVER answer their phones or return messages. I applied for a apartment knowing full well I qualified according to their qualifications and was turned down by the apartment complex while my application was STILL IN PROCESS WITH THEIR SCREENING COMPANY. My application fee was stolen. This complex is a COMPLETE SCAM. Only interested in taking your application fee... knowing they will deny you for a apartment. I've lived here for the past 11 months now and love it. My apartment is has been renovated and I love the large living area and the laundry is very spacious. When I got moved in had a hard time trying to connect my dryer however the girls in the front office saved me and assisted me with getting it connected. Since I've been here they have put in new grills, swings, tables and a new gym ( which has wifi) that was a bonus and they owners had mail box covers installed for the residents. The... leasing off is extremely busy and always out on the property but they do take the time out to listen to the residents and the parties for us are great. Lynn Haven Cove is a nice place to live now that they have new management. My husband lived there 3 years, and we lived there together for a little more than a year. Before the new management team came in, the place was awful. Now that they have a new team the laundry facilities are renovated, clean and has New flooring. My husband and I were just starting out and would have stayed but we are expanding our family and needed more space. The renovations that have been and are currently being made... are great and a drastic improvement from the last place. There are new modern looking engineered/vinyl wood floors which are durable and hygienic especially for kids and people with allergies. They updated the appliances and paint to bring it up to date. They also have a convenient way to pay online. They try and get maintenance request done but as they are working to fix the place up, it may take a few days though they will work to do emergency maintenance as soon as possible. I would recommend Lynn Haven Cove to anyone looking for something updated, inexpensive and safe. It is also extremely conveniently located near a Publix, Wal-Mart and Win-Dixie as well as several restaurants and a nice sushi place about a 2 minute drive away.
