“Sunshine Lookout”, the second ensuite, is a joyfully decorated spacious room with a king bed with percale sheets and lofty hypoallergenic pillows, a large closet, flatscreen tv, and a private full bath (tub/shower). There is a corner working desk: a large walk-in closet and 6 drawer dresser along with an armoire with storage drawers.
The two rooms are separated by a hallway with a brand new stackable LG washer and dryer.

Storage/Parking:
The home includes private covered parking and 1 additional uncovered parking lot spot. There are 2 lockable storage units including an outside fridge.

Staying at the Bonefish Yacht Club means quiet privacy and the ability to enjoy the 4-acre complex including a tiki area, large pool and tennis courts. Centrally located within the heart of the Keys-- it’s convenient to a Publix or Winn-Dixie for groceries, schools, local shopping and restaurants.

Marina: Bonefish Marina (website: bonefishmarina dot com) has slips for rent, however, we do not have a dock with the rental.

Rental Fees:
$9,600 per month for a 12-month lease
Security Deposit: $4,800(no pets)


Non-Smoking home. Any damages from smoking will be taken out of the deposit and could result in additional costs.

Utilities: The unit includes Cable, Electric (FKEC) and Wifi (Xfinity). There is also a Nest thermostat included in the unit to maintain the energy costs of the AC. The community has a designated trash pick-up area.
