This downstairs oceanfront duplex features a fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking meals during your stay. Enjoy your freshly prepared meal at the dining room table or dine outside while enjoying the ocean breeze. The second kitchenette off the game room includes plenty of counter space for snacks and appetizers while chilling out and playing one of the arcade games or a friendly game of billiards. Relax and stretch out in one of two spacious living rooms, both featuring big screen TVs and large sectional sofas, providing plenty of space for everyone to enjoy movie night. Unwind in one of four spacious bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom also has a big screen TV and large closet space. Two bedrooms also have direct access to the outdoor space. The real gem of this beautiful home is just steps from the backdoor, with the beautiful turquoise waters of Melbourne Beach waiting to greet you. Step outside onto the large paver patio with your morning coffee and enjoy incredible views of the sunrise. The property also features a large driveway with plenty of parking space, accommodating multiple vehicles comfortably.
While we love all furry friends, we only allow dogs at this property. It is $100 per pet, per stay.

This property is a duplex, consisting of two separate units available for guest stays. When you reserve the downstairs unit, you will have exclusive access to the downstairs area, including the game room, which is designated solely for downstairs guests. The beach deck and the boardwalk to the beach are shared between the two units. Guests renting the downstairs unit will not have access to the second-floor balconies. There is no access between the spaces from inside; all entry is through an outside door with personalized codes specific to each guest and only their rented space. During your stay, you might share the outdoor space, beach access, beach deck, and beach with other guests. The upstairs patio is exclusively for guests renting the upstairs duplex, while the game room is accessible only to those renting the downstairs duplex or the entire property. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, light cleaning supplies, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs. If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. Mailbox access is not available for guests.
We provide keyless entry with digital door locks. Our digital locks let you arrive and check yourselves in, but we’re here if you need us. Message us on the app if you need anything during your stay. For urgent matters, call the number provided.
