NO COMMUNICATION
Even after touring an apartment and giving them $400 to apply the office is impossible to get ahold of. Our move in date was incorrect and in order to change it I had to make numerous phone calls (all unanswered) and numerous emails (one of which was finally responded to). Given the difficulty required to get in touch with the office, it didn’t sit well with us to still move in so we decided to cancel. Once again taking numerous phone calls and emails, all of which have gone unanswered. I can... imagine the management company is losing a lot of potential revenue due to the fact that an apartment is sitting empty off the market waiting for us to move in. Either way, in my last correspondence to the office (unreturned) I told them if I did not hear back then my next attempt at communication would be through a review and an email to the management company. Here I am.
