Really nice place!

I’m not going to dwell on the great location of Highline, because truly, there can be any given dwelling in the bustling heart of things, just as Highline is, but no matter how new or old, if the facility isn’t cared for properly and the staff tone-deaf, then you’re bound to have an unpleasant living experience.
Highline ticks all the boxes: a new building (storm-hardened construction), great location, hard-working staff, and impeccably maintained. Let me expound on each topic. This apartment...
community was built in 2020, so it has the latest appliances, amenities, and safety features. It is situated on the main drag of historic downtown Melbourne, so one is surrounded by restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, services, and a plethora of various festivals throughout the year where the streets are closed, and the fun begins. The staff (Jesse, Steve, Ralph) are constantly on the lookout for proactive repairs, cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing (mopping floors in lobby, vacuuming every floor hallways, buffing elevator stainless steel, checking pool water quality, cleaning community barbecue, painting & waterproofing the exterior, etc. etc.)….the list goes on. If something in your apartment breaks or is not functioning properly, maintenance is there very quickly - if not the same day, then the next at latest. When I asked to move into a larger apartment, the office management went out of their way to accommodate my request with efficiency and graciousness (Thank you Libby & Nikki ! ?).
This review ended up being a bit more wordy than I wanted, but it’s hard not to gush at how well this place is run…..
