Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation. Non-compliance with this policy will result in forfeiture of any refund. The building has strict occupancy rules allowing 4 adults and 3 children only. No smoking is permitted inside the condo, only on the balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking, a charge equivalent to the security deposit will be applied. Check-in is strictly between 4pm to 10pm, and check-out is at 11am. Luggage storage is available for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay. Missing streaming devices or remotes will incur a charge of $100 per missing item. No visitors or unregistered guests are allowed for stays shorter than 28 days, and violations will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
