The valet parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but excluding trucks or vans. Limited street parking with metered alternatives is available for vehicles exceeding this height. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. No smoking is permitted inside the condo, but it is allowed on the balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking inside, a charge equivalent to the security deposit will be applied. Check-in is strictly between 4pm to 10pm, and check-out is at 11am. Luggage storage is available for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay. Missing streaming devices or remotes will incur a $100 charge per item. Lost keys will be charged at $100 per set. Visitors and guests are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer.
