Valet is the only available parking option with unlimited in and out access for a daily fee of $48, payable directly to the building. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but excluding trucks or vans. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. Within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company for added convenience. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay.

Just a few blocks south, you'll find the conveniently located Arsht Center and Kaseya Center, world-class entertainment venues. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Third-party bookings are only allowed with prior approval. Non-compliance with this policy will result in forfeiture of any refund. The building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo; smoking is allowed on the balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking inside, a charge equivalent to the whole amount of the security deposit will be applied. Check-in is strictly from 4 PM to 10 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing after your departure, a charge of $100 per missing item will be applied. We are not responsible for any items left behind. Visitors and guests are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. Unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
